Summary
Jake Rand is an attorney in Casper, Wyoming, specializing in juvenile justice cases. His wife Emma is a therapist in private practice. Their peaceful life together in the shadow of Casper Mountain is shattered when they discover the body of an unknown woman apparantly frozen to death almost on their doorstep. Concerned that police might think they had something to do with the woman's death, Jake and Emma set out to unravel the mystery of who she is and how she met her lonely fate.
