Summary
Four years after the murder of her younger sisters, Veronica Swan moved to California to train as an EMT, where she went to work as a nanny for Scott Early, the man who killed her sisters. Scott, a diagnosed schizophrenic, was deemed incompetent to stand trial and was committed to a mental institution. Although her Mormon family forgave Scott in order to get on with their lives, Veronica plans to avenge her sisters' murders.
